and so far, the highest ROI activity i have observed is just losing bf and getting to 8-10%, literally thats it

if ur sub 5, maybe their are certain risky surgeries u can perform, but thats about it

i kind of want to quit this forum ngl, i have learnt everything i wanted to atp, just in some fomo that "what if i miss something important"

Most high quality threads are only found in BOTB sections. This forum now is just people rotting on off topic
