Just picked up most my food for the week 170/200 worth I still need to go back to the store later this week for more eggs but pretty much got
6x 8oz filets
2x 1lbs 90/10 ground beef
24x eggs
24x white monster
And then I’ll get another 2 dozen eggs when these run out
Macros are so goated I could eat like a fatass all week and the diet would still be goated
All in all not counting the monsters that’s like 8.6k calories and 780g of protein which is fucking goated if i actually wanted to hit the ideal 1g of protein per pound of body fat I’d need another 340g of protein or another 50 grams per day which I could easily get with a protein shake or protein bars or even like those new protein energy drinks but I really don’t give a fuck it’s not gonna make any difference

Yea so this is everything so far i absolutely love filets I eat them so much just sear the outside with butter and leave it raw and it’s so fucking good. The ground beef is ok it’s 90/10 and fully grass fed so pretty healthy but it’s a lot to eat so I usually only do half a pound at a time with some eggs
I plan on posting every single meal on TikTok in a slide show when I finish the week this is like a little challenge for myself since I struggle with my diet hopefully it goes well I don’t expect any gains obviously I haven’t been in the gym in like 3 weeks and I’m sick as fuck right now but I just wanna not eat goyslop
