Food in north america is poison

I have a few european friends who work some months of the year in US/canada, the difference in their face between when they go and come back is absurd.

-When they're here their faces look "normal" (decent skin quality and average bloat for a normie).

-After 3 weeks in north america they already look way different in insta pics.

-When they come back they're like a different person, horrible skin quality, face fat and bloated beyond recognition.

-3-4 weeks after coming back they look "normal" again.

It's over for US bloatcells
