I am on 400 test and 135 tren E weekly I am 18 yr old 6'1 180 lbs and around 14% bf I train 3.5 times a week upper rest repeat split how should I be eating I wanna build hella muscle but also not get fat, if I do a surplus the tren will make most of it go to the muscles right ? please give advice
