Unfortunately im going to have to cut my no food diet short.
After 5 days my blood pressure has hit a record low of 60/50. This is dangerous so unfortunately i cant do the full month and will start eating again.

why no food? just eat like 500-1000 cals a day. you can still get meaningful nutrition but you still lose weight hella fast i was losing like 4lbs a week before i started slopmaxxing again
