I am really trying to make it pro in football and I am on a decent level already. Does anyone have any tips how I can develop physically, or any shortcuts you recomend taking for better performance.

Train twice a day, take all essential supps, have a structured trainingsplan basically stay disciplined its a lot of work to actually get a pro

comes down to how healthy your diet is but im an amateur kickboxer and i take zinc, omega 3, iron, creatin, vitamin d, magnesium, vitamin c and maybe some others if u have heavy defecits in them
