Football training , any tips

I have football training with the u18s soon, I'm not meant to be in that age group, I'm gonna be the youngest and smallest there, I didn't do anything at training last time I went, I'm gonna be the smallest and stuff, already one of the smallest I my age group, any tips to stay confident , especially when I mess things up and the coach says something I start overthinking so much

Yea true I know, but I heard its bad to rely on ur performance as confidence, heard u have to come in and act like ur meant to be there and u already are performing well enough, thign is I dotn feel like I'm meant to be there at all, none of thek know me either

the thing is, you cant just act confident out of nowhere. you can only rely on yourself and thats what will make you confident in yourself.

Yea that was my second session with them, and the next one I was chilling, doing flair passes in the passign drill I was feeling confident
