Sneakers between 1.5 and 2 inches

Most nike airmaxes other than Airmax 720 don't give you as much height as you think. Non elevator footwear to make you nearly an inch taller (so about 2 inch of shoe thickness, since everyone wears about an inch of footwear).

Hogan Interactives are a great option to give you 3 cm of extra height.
