for a deltoid injection should i use a 13mm or a 25mm needle ??

i'm 187 cm and 70 kg (6'1", 154 lbs), i don’t have much muscle n carry a bit more fat - kinda skinny fat

Probably 25mm since its a bigger muscle idk im no expert its my theory
