Me personally, I am off meds which were just stimulants. Now I go by daily caffeine intake (400-600 mg range) including the cold showers I take. It does the job perfectly and locks me in

What made you surprised specifically?
I mean I do also have some autist traits included so that would technically mean I am audhd

I was misdiagnosed with ADHD, but I’m still taking ADHD medication because it really energizes and stimulates me :p
