Has anyone actually gone through with getting orbital rim implants? What other solutions even are there? I look literal death tier with my recessed orbitals, there's gotta be a better cope than filler

Can you apply filler to the supraorbitals? I remember saying something about this to my surgeon last visit and he looked at me like I was crazy

Its so dumb how people on here are desperate for a solution then once they're offered one are like "Anything besides that????"

you mean the difference between implant and filler?

filler is not permanent, filler always mingrates to other areas of the face (imagine having that above your eyes yikes), filler cannot give you the exact shape you want, even filler causes bone resorption, off the top of my mind

"masking uee" uee is just a symptom, its unlikely you have good supras and everything but still have uee. You probably want "deep set" or "huner" eyes, which filler wont give you.

Filler or fat grafts might be a good solution for someone with good eyes but hollow above eye area.
