everyone thinks turkey is some hair transplant specialist country with the best doctors at cheap prices but this could not be further away from reality.
Turkey gets a lot of medical tourism but their medical establishment is FAR behind western medicine the only reason these guys charge 1/5 the price for services is because of the plummeting value of the lira and that they will literally hire Syrian refugees to work on your head because their government doesn't hold them to any medical standard. yes a fucking foot doctor can open a hair transplant clinic and invite you in to get butchered, after they have your money you have nowhere to go but reincarnationmaxx.
i was a victim to turkish hair mills and the saddest shit is that i didn't even save money, i spent over £4000 to get my head molested by turkroach fucks, money that i could spent anywhere in europe to get a 10x better result...
Bottomline the price and quality of a hair transplant in turkey is never worth it, literally go to hungary, india(eugenix), spain, korea etc and you will get cheaper clinics giving out better results, the only "decent" turk clinic is HLC which is very hit or miss.
btw the clinic i went to is hair of istanbul

TLDR blacklist turkey for cosmetic surgery ESPECIALLY hair transplants

honestly, i wouldn't go to them the quality of results has dipped dramatically from that clinic, rather look at different clinics, like dr bisanga etc

- Only go to a surgeon that does the transplant by his own hands and does the microscope method for graft picking.
- Only go to a surgeon that is on this list:

@op what do you think about dr koray erdogan?

not anywhere in India fool i bracketed eugenix , India is a shithole as well but everyone knows this so good clinics like eugenix have to go above and beyond on their results to still get patients they are literally better than any Turkish clinic

Damn. My hope of a cheaper hair transplant is gone.
What do you think about dr.bisanga?

He takes double the price of erdogan 😢
"costs $5,00 for the first 1,000 grafts and $3,00 per graft for all subsequent grafts"
bro i would pay £10,000 to REVERSE my hair transplant back to what i started with, money should be not be a concern it is your literal head that YOU WILL LIVE WITH FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE

Idk, I was planning to go to Civas hair tranasplant in Turkey for the high hairline.

After all, the names of the clinics do not matter, what matters is that the person doing the transplant has experience and is part of international hair transplant organization

Turkey is very shady in terms of HT, there are few clinics (Erdogan, Kulahchi, maybe HLC) which are reliable, but all those are the same price range as Western-Europe. Always do your research before choosing, baldcels!

the thing is i have curly hair, which is apparently harder to transplant than straight hair. that’s the reason i’ve been considering turkey over europe or india because i assume turkish surgeons are more experienced with curly hair transplants

In general, Turkish transplantologists should be more experienced.

Going to "any" European surgeon for a hair transplant is COPE.

Really. In EU they have WAY less experience than Turkish ones. As a matter of fact, in the end, a Turkish janitor, who has done 100 hair transplants, will be more experienced than a European acknowledged surgeon who did 2.

I am quite certain that if HT is not done in some back alley in Turkey, then it should be BETTER than the same in EU/US. The only drawback I c is that it is hard to sue Turkish guys if they botch you like OP. BUT EU/US guys will botch you JUST THE SAME, and MORE FREQUENTLY, since their experience is worse.

It couldn't be further from the truth, it isn't about the picture of some waivy haired Turkish guy who represents the majority of the population, so the Turkish doctor is more experienced. It is about skill+experience+technical background. If you want to go to Turkey at least try to choose a professional place, not the cheap moneyroll place.

No man, they are way cheaper... I mean a top surgeon hair transplant in Turkey costs ~5-6k euro for ~3000 grafts. While a surgeon with the SAME EXPERIENCE in EU would cost you 8-15k EURO.

Read more about reality, and real experiences (not the marketing velvety ones). To punch skin-grafts on a conveyor belt matter won't make a doctor skilled, a lot of training, not rehearsing assistants into the doctors area, and proper learning curve, that makes a doctor professional on this area, trust common sense.

You scared cuck, why didn‘t you take the refund and go back for the free revision?

maybe look into your doctor before booking an appointment, so you can avoid having a food surgeon operating on you. All just common sense

Okay, I give up, if you want to opt for a short term attractive looking sales gimmick, your decision. Others, with common sense will do their research more. Getting a bit tired to highlighting reality. Peace!

But why do you think European/US surgeons do NOT have it on conveyer belt?

As a matter of fact, you get into conveyer belt NO MATTER where you go.

Also, FYI, assistant experience of EU/US surgeons is <<<<<< assistant experience of Turkish top guys. That's just a fact.

And for raw numbers: in my country in EU the transection rate in the local best clinic is 25%. WHile in Turkey top clinics it is 2%. So...

OP on which way the fucked you up?
Who are you going to to get fixed?

In Europe I would go to Lorenzo, but it takes one year just to get a first consultation.

Because I was working there for years:). I'm not saying all the big names are like that, but there are more ethical clinics (also in Turkey btw), with a lot more precise intra-operative logistics, higher standards. At the end of the day it is what counts.

Transection rate is only a number (it is like how far front to move the maxilla in UJS, you cannot judge by one factor arbitrarily), look at the results in a proper scale.

i got a refund out of them you dumb bitch and i went to the best choice because i looked at PATIENT REVIEWS i couldn't find a single bad result after 4 months of research and a lot of people had the opinion that experienced techs were as good as doctors jfl. i went with the premium option and it still failed because its turkey
if i went back there it wouldn't be for a revision...

They offered you a free revision, i remember it. Don‘t be a bitch and take them up on it. I know so many good results from HTs in turkey, not only online.

stop your fear mongering and overcome your pussy behavior

im not fucking poor i dont need a free revision from literal cowboys, you do realise there is a limited amount of hair you can move before the back of your head is a patchy mess, im not wasting away my last chance at a good hairline for a few thousand pounds

Shut the fuck up you absolute lobotomite. What a joke. Get a grip on reality, stop saying "cope" during a serious conversation just because your two braincells can't ever send signals to each other to form a response. Honestly pathetic. Oh guys look at me I'm so funny COPE! It's so funny and quirky right guys?

Nah

Yes in turkey there are ultra-cheap hair transplant docs - don't go to those.
But good Turkey Docs are supposedly much better *and* much cheaper than most Docs eg in Germany

Eg i paid 4000 for 3000 grafts (or was it other way round?) with Dr Demirsoy

There are actually some very good doctors in Turkey like Dr. Bicer, Dr. Demirsoy, and Dr. Pekiner. Just avoid the cheap hair mills.
