for dinner tonight i was lwk gonna have a protein shake to makeup for me not eating all day and eggs so i gotta question

should i add 4 raw eggs to the protein shake or js cook the eggs on the side cs also ima have protein cereal /reg cereal with milk but 2 scoops of protein powder?
