For facial skin to become thinner

Is there any way to thin the skin on my face (including the dermis layer)?



I'm particularly interested in whether the bridge of my nose, the nasal dorsum, and the entire nasal area can be made thinner.



I understand Asian skin is generally thicker than Western skin, and since I'm male, my skin seems even thicker.



I'm worried that during rhinoplasty or jaw surgery, the thick skin might prevent the contours from appearing clearly defined.



I excluded the steroid method because it seems like a method where you lose more than you gain.



Is there no safe way to thin the skin...?

I dont really think there is, exept for maybe prematurely ageing yourself by exesive sunlight and such
