Let's say you build satisfying physique naturally in your 20s when your hormone and strength levels are the most optimal.

Till what age will you be able to maintain it naturally without taking roids and ruining your life?

What is the age when, regardless of of your diet and hard work, serious muscle loss occurs?

Also, do you need to be more strict with your diet and training as you get older?
 
at the same age that you become ugly. (late 30s, early 40s).

As you get older you get more fat so you will need to diet more strictly.

after 40s roids are required but it doesn't matter because if you don't have a wife in your 40s it's already over.

30 or even 27 ish for most people- but i would be inclined to roid from an early age, as every fitness influencer or bodybuilder has basically done; you can stay on 500 mgs of test/ week and not really experience any side effects tbh

if youre 27 or under go natty and build for 2-3 years, being in shape youll probably mog the majority of people in their 20s/30s just off the fact everyone becomes a fatty around then
 
I'm a big believer in a thing that testosterone doesn't decrease significantly till like age of 55 if you live a healthy lifestyle.
I won't accept jewish cucked agenda where dick is supposed to go limp after 35 lmao.
I've seen plenty of men in 50s in rural areas strong as ox and looking pretty damn good unlike city soyboys who's prime lasts 5 years.
