Basically how many years since you decided to rope and nothing has gotten better and you feel the same.

No idea. some people are just immune to suicidal thoughts, some are fine on thursday, something breaks them on saturday and they jump off the bridge on sunday (talking about a real situation here)

I've had dysthymia/anhedonia since I was like 5, yet haven't once entertained the idea of killing myself
