I just eat 1000 cal of protein only everyday, just eggs, fish, meat

High protein intake is legit for losing weight.

Just do HIIT daily, eat a lot of protein, cut out fat, eat ton of fiber, drink a lot of water, avoid eating at evening and night. You'll lose weight in no time.

You need some fat. Eat either high-fat food like chicken thighs and or grass-fed butter. If not you will be making your kidneys work very hard which isn't good for them

Fatty fish, here in germany they sell a lot of smoked mackerels and sardines.
Fatty cuts of meat (entrecote)
Avocado is good
Coconut oil and olive oil
Hard cheeses that have no lactose left in them anymore
Macadamias and Almonds

you need some fat in there, i would do like 48 hour fasts with protein/fat refeeds instead of hyper caloric restriction eating every day

I do the same thing. Some very cool turk guy is making good recipes here and I always remake his food.

If you want to keep your muscle mass make sure you're eating roughly 150-200g of protein per day.

If you don't care about losing muscle mass & just wanna lose the fat/bloat you can eat less. Count the macros not the calories
 
Should consume saturated fats that are high in stearic acid (beef tallow, lard, cocoa butter, butter). Stearic acid helps with visceral fat loss, and saturated fats protect from lipid peroxidation.

You need so much protein if you are planning on cutting.

getting 120g of protein off of sub 2k calories is disgusting.

I’d suggest debloating instead.
 
I lost 20 pounds last year by eating high protein everyday except for a planned cheat day where I'd just eat the same diet with a bunch of carbs
