You can get silicon heel insoles, its inside your sock so there would be minimal difference even if you need to take your shoe off. And she won't be looking at the back of your feet so its perfect

there are sock lifts you can get. they arent 4 inch but i think you could get 2 inch and then 1 or 2 inch in your shoes to make the transition seems less sharp
