If you have poor skin quality, lack of style, bad skin colour, or a bad physique tattoo maxxing is for you
Vinnie has nice tattoos individually but he looks like a sticker album

The tattoo halo does go insane and can probably determine the difference between a girl wanting to smash but if most things are in check, destroying your body for a low class appeal isnt worth it. Maybe one- three tattoos max is decent but none to one is looking ideal
