Forget about neck extensions


You have to do the lateral flexion of the neck the most for width


Then you have to strategically do neck flexion less frequently than lateral flexi on



U want width not thickness on the front and back too much, because it will make u looks like a pencil or a thumb

rather focus on putting on the width
