For people planning to get surgery(ies), are you concerned about your future girlfriend, or even friends finding out about it?

I have a fairly long list of surgeries I'm planning to get, and the number of procedures I want is considered extreme by most normies, and it does make me wonder how a future partner/social circle might view it. I think that this is just such a turn off for a woman if man openly cares about his looks enough to undergo an invasive and expensive procedure(s).

If a guy goes from lets say an ltn to htn through surgery, do you think that women/people would care that he needed surgery to get there, or is the improved appearance all that matters?

And I will able to afford them. I already have a decent amount of money saved up for my rhinoplasty which I plan to undergo in probably next year. We'll see.

the amount of halo a true htn would get will probably outweigh that for the most part, nobody actually cares about what you do they just care about your outward appearance.

Certain surgeries are 100% socially acceptable if they can be posed as a health thing. When I get my trimax I'm gonna tell everyone I know it was for breathing (I have 0 airway issues)

Its also worth noting that normies know almost nothing about cosmetic surgery, 90+% of the population would only be able to name BBL, Breast Implants, Buccal Fat Removal and Rhinoplasty. If you got infra-malar implants for example nobody would ever guess that a surgery would exist for that, so they won't even think of it and just assumed you lost weight or something

Obviously a possibility but the entire plan of getting surgrey to ascend yourself is for it to look natural and no one be able to tell.

Personally I’m gonna lie and say I got my wisdom teeth removed to justify being in bandages after implants.
