my point: if you use steroids, you have an obligation to train your legs, as your upper third will be too big compared to your lower third (it will look ridiculous)

if you train naturally, your torso is unlikely to have a discrepancy with the lower third (perhaps in some cases for advanced natural athletes), but usually not. you'll only get a few benefits, but I don't think it's compatible with the shit of training legs. (this is at your discretion

The base of all of my workouts is:

Squat-Overhead Press-Pull ups-Bench Press-Rows

Aside from squat I don't train legs.

I love the feeling that legs workouts give after tbh. Also they are huge muscles that don't become much bigger from working out natty, so it increases the amt of calories I can eat just by working them out ngl

I love the feeling that legs workouts give after tbh. Also they are huge muscles that don't become much bigger from working out natty, so it increases the amt of calories I can eat just by working them out ngl

Proportionate to the rest of my body.

I used to isolate calves to make the part of my legs people actually get to see, a bit bigger. But it seemed like a waste of time tbh.

the calves increase very little (even with high training)

yes, squats and romanian deadlifts, I consider cardio as leg workout too, sprints, burpees with jumps, jumping rope for calves
