my point: if you use steroids, you have an obligation to train your legs, as your upper third will be too big compared to your lower third (it will look ridiculous)
if you train naturally, your torso is unlikely to have a discrepancy with the lower third (perhaps in some cases for advanced natural athletes), but usually not. you'll only get a few benefits, but I don't think it's compatible with the shit of training legs. (this is at your discretion
