It ain’t going to be noticeable tbh. Maybe when you’ve got inflammation for the first 5 days but after that nobody will be able to point out a difference.

if ur worried about that just do it slowly ML by ML, so its less noticable, or get super lean or have a drastic change in ur appearance anyways. U could bulk up like 4kg for now, then get ur filler, start cutting, then get it done, and ur family wont notice.
