THREAD INTRODUCTION:
This thread was created to inform people how to take Testosterone properly. Haven't seen any threads on this, most likely because it should be relatively easy to do a few google searches. But the amount of tards talking about testosterone, and taking absolutely ZERO ancillaries dumbfounds me. Unless you want to turn into an acne ridden bloated freak with shit health indicators, do your research. For retards who cant be fucked though, just follow this protocol.

UNDERSTANDING TESTOSTERONE SIDE EFFECTS:
Testosterone side effects are commonly over complicated, the side effects can be summarised into 9 points:
1. Estrogen related
Caused by aromatisation of exogenous testosterone (body tries to reach homeostasis) into estrogen.
High E2 can cause water retention, mood swings, gyno, early closing of growth plates, plethora of other issues.
High E2 can cause water retention, mood swings, gyno, early closing of growth plates, plethora of other issues.
2. Blood Pressure
Caused by testosterone increasing Hemocrit, more red blood cell production. Increases BP over time.
High BP causes a plethora of cardiovascular side effects, leading to death if untreated.

3. Blood Lipids (Cholesterol)
Exogenous testosterone (synthetic or high-dose) increases the activity of hepatic triglyceride lipase (HTGL) in the liver, which is an enzyme responsible for breaking down HDL particles.
Results in dangerous LDL and low HDL, increasing risk for organ diseases and cardiovascular related death.

4. Aging
Related to blood lipids, blood pressure, and DHT increases.
A result of untreated side effects and improper ancillary plans.

5. Hair
Hairloss if genetically prone due to Test converting to DHT
Hairloss is irreversible at a certain point. This is a priority.

6. Skin
Excess DHT increases the size and production of sebum glands across the body, which causes increased oil release across the body's skin, resulting in acne.
DHT related of course, but can be treated through other pathways easily.

7. Sleep quality
Not everyone experiences this side, not a massive concern.
8. Testicular Atrophy
Caused by shutdown of the LH/FSH pathway in the pituitary gland, resulting in reduced sperm count.
Cosmetic, unless you want kids in the future.

9. Liver toxicity
More applicable when adding oral compounds, but still an issue.
Each side effect in this list can be solved by a specific ancillary or drug, some are solved in groups by one compound. Mitigating all of these side effects ensures a strong benefit/side effect ratio, which is the goal when using exogenous hormones of any kind. A majority of the sides are caused by DHT, but this does NOT mean you immediately start ripping dutasteride. Shutting down DHT is bad for many reasons which I won't go in depth, but under the age of 21 you should not be taking oral DHT inhibitors.
Here's a table of each Ancillary you should take for PERFECT health on TEST. Expensive, but worth the investment if you're blasting for long periods of time.
| ANCILLARY NAME | WHAT IT DOES | WHY | DOSING TIME/HALF LIFE |
| Telmisartan | angiotensin II receptor blocker, stops blood vessels from tightening | Aids in lowering blood pressure | Once daily |
| Ezetimibe | Works in the small intestine, blocks it from absorbing cholesterol | Lowering blood cholesterol levels | Once Daily |
| Cialis | General vasodilator, good for erections | Aids in blood pressure control | Once daily or EOD |
| HCG | Stimulates LH/FSH pathway | Prevents ball atrophy | 2-3 times a week |
| Accutane | Reduces Sebum gland size, increase collagen | Prevents acne | Daily, until hitting cumulative dose. Then take as needed |
| Armidex | Aromatase Inhibitor | Will aid to lower E2/Estrogen levels | Use as needed, crashing E2 is very bad |
| N2Guard | An 'all in one' supplement commonly used by bodybuilders on cycle. | Will aid in overall body and organ health, essential if blasting test. | Once a day |
| Topical RU58841 | non-steroidal, topical anti-androgen | used to treat hair loss by blocking dihydrotestosterone (DHT) from binding to follicles | Daily |
| Oral Minoxidil | Increase blood flow to hair follicles | Prevent hair loss and improve hair health | Daily |
| Melatonin | Knocks you out, great antiox in higher doses too. | Aids in preventing sleep issues and treating oxidative stress | As needed in high dose, or Daily low med dose |
| Tudca or NAC | Liver support, over the counter | Aids in liver protection | Daily |
| Fish Oil EPA/DHA | Lowers LDL cholesterol and increases HDL | Aids in blood cholesterol, preventing cardiovascular disease. | Daily |
Thanks for reading. Pretty short thread, just to reroute people to when they ask about ancillaries for test. Of course not every drug in this table is 100% required, but having most if not all will be extremely beneficial for your blast and cruise. Enjoy
