For some reason I became worse in Fortnite. How to fix

So I was progressing very well past couple days and hit a lot of victory royales, once I hit twice in a row. Against a fairly good lobby. Not full of bots. But today I struggle hard and even my duo is telling me I look like a fucing bot. Like my aim is so bad and my brain is so slow. I cant even think fast anymore. Wth happened to me. Is this because I did not eat fastfood today? Should I eat more?
