For someone with micrognathia (jaw size deficiency) how would you make their mouth wider because the jaw size messes up the mouth muscles

PS this thread is not a waste of time im very seriously getting bsso and need advice
I got a full deep bite severe enough i can get medically covered bsso when im 19-20 but it only helps increase the jaw height and forward projection. for proper width i’d need to get implants after. but my mouth muscles only match my narrow jaw widening my jaw would make my mouth uncannily narrow in comparison. is there a way to stretch the mouth out to be wider like with implants or other surgery i got the soft tissue meant for a wider mouth but my mandible doesn’t support it.

Corner Lip Lift / Lateral Commissuroplasty

• Extends the corners of the mouth outwards by a couple millimeters' per side
• Creates the appearance of a wider mouth
• Can balance a wider lower face or jaw

You can get around 3-5 mm from this
