What external HGH actually does:

When you inject HGH (somatropin), it raises GH levels in your blood. Your liver then converts that GH into IGF-1, which is the real hormone responsible for:
  • Muscle growth
  • Fat loss
  • Recovery
So external HGH absolutely works. That’s why it’s used in medicine for growth disorders, wasting diseases, and some anti-aging treatments.

But!!!!!!!!!!!

Tiktokers heavily exaggerate what GH does.

HGH is not a steroid.
It won’t turn you into a monster or blow you up like test does.

The problems with external HGH:

  • You need consistent daily injections
  • Doses under 2–3 IU barely do anything other than improve sleep/skin
  • Doses 4–6 IU help with fat loss and recovery
  • Doses 8–10+ IU for months (this is where organ growth becomes a risk)

TL:DR:

  • If your sleep, diet, and training aren’t already on point → HGH will feel useless.
  • If you’re expecting steroid-like muscle growth → HGH will feel useless.
  • If you’re young (teenage years), your natural GH is already insane → external HGH gives almost no added benefit.
Otherwise it’s the most overrated “miracle drug” in fitness culture.

8 IU will likely bloat or deform your face rather than improve it, so you're far better off using safer options like skincare, fat loss, and grooming instead. (if we are talking skincare)

Your natural GH and IGF-1 levels at teen years are already high, so adding external HGH does barely anything except increase side effects because your body is already producing more than enough.

LMFAO im on 10 IUs/day and my bloating disappeared after now 3months of usage

should i pin test instead if im 15 and have a recession?

Hgh not crazy for muscles ppl use it to induce acromegaly symptoms aka grow bones

This is ai generated but even so it may still hold some truth to it . my growth rate is faster now than when i was on hgh (from 14.5 till 15.9, went from 4UI to 11UI). I grew slowly but steadily when on HGH, i quit hgh like 2 months ago and now im noticing more rapid growth but i don't really know if it'll stay like that. The height gains weren't that crazy considering my age (3 inches) total, but what people really do point out a lot is a drastically wider maxilla and palate, as well as some forward growth..

soo fucking obvious gpt bro... exaggerating sides just like gpt jfl. "muh organ hypertrophy" do u also think it can make you develop acromegaly?

"muh gh secretion already high" like... 4-7 iu high?
