First of all, you should only be doing this if the corners of your mouth dont align with your pupils

If youre doing this for your nose to mouth ratio and your corners align with your pupils youre just fucking your ratios up further down the line if you ever get a rhino

Also, half of you arent using gloves, arent sterilizing, and probably doing it wrong in the first place, its gonna heal back or leave a gross scar, in order for your lips to actually stay stretched outwards you have to cut into the muscle and and remove surrounding skin then stitch it back together

Yall are just lengthening the little crease in the corner which is gonna look uncanny and weird, especially if it scars
