depends on how you interpret a foid being evil, if it's only for the personality that's shitty and unbearable then that's definitely just the way her environment and circumstances shaped into her being what she is, if she would be raised by positive women and later on in life hang out with also positive people she's more than likely to also become positive but the problem is that the majority of people today are negative, u can see this especially around women, this leads to the person not only being unbearable to the people around them but also themselves since they usually fall into depression etc. because of the lack of positivity and joy from life. If you meant "evil" as in hypergamy etc that's just the way they are by nature and you can't change that
