Idk what it means, but all depends on head posture and lighting, but anyway I can compare anybody in the same posture and result will be identical



You can see that all because of the nose, even nostrils ends in the one place, but it's upturned so it makes my philtrum looks longer as there is no projection. (And yeah, upper lip is a little bit small)
