He has the best base to benefit from a bimax, good facial depth. Not everyone can ascend with a bimax + rhino, it all depends on your facial depth.

That result is from Dr. Sailer. He's known to photoshop his results but his results are impressive regardless. Unfortunately he'll easily run you 100k+ to go under his knife and last time I've heard he's beginning to go senile with his results starting to get a little more wonky nowadays. If I recall correctly he's one of the pioneers of bimax itself so he's been in the scene for ages. His prime is unfortunately fading however.
