Is it supposed to be very sore post injection? I did thighs other day and it was sore all week. Did delts and whole shoulder is sore. Am I doing something wrong?

I inject in my glutes and the first two times I ever did I was sore for like 4 days. After that I never felt sore again. It goes away after certain amount of injections. I heard warming up the syringe helps combat soreness though, never tried though.

You can use higher gauge if u heat it up
