For those who are intending to undergo bimax: what are your thoughts on extracting wisdom teeth?

I'm very scared of bone loss and further recession. Surgeon said I must extract all four in order to be operated.

Have you removed all four? And were you using braces at the time?

Yes, all four in one time and no I wasn't using braces.

Extracting wisdom teeth will have zero impact on your facial aesthetics.

However extracting premolars and then retracting. Will sink your face in and give you that old man saggy toothless look when talking.

Just to add once the bimax is complete then you will more bone then you did before. So its a interim look.
