For those who have been “thumb-pulling” for at least a couple months, have you created a noticeable gap in your teeth? If not how?

People say it’s better than other bs methods like mewing but everything has its downsides and I just want to be aware.

only time youll get a gap is if the bones arent fused, they probably havent made a gap big enough to be noticable

it expands the palate it doesn’t have much effect on teeth, my palate has gotten way wider but no change in my teeth personally
