If you live with your parents, you can save 90% of your check and even if you're on minimum wage, that should still be atleast 1k-1.5k. Will take about 10-12 months to get a decent savings.

Take out a loan, pay for your surgeries, done. Obviously, you need to have a set plan for how you'll pay back those loans but they're not anywhere near the size of a mortgage.
