Technically it is discrimination based on race, but it's not inherently based on racial superiority, plus it's biologically more natural to prefer women of your own race. In same way choosing your friends based off race shouldn't be controversial, I don't see why dating would be different.

Why would this be racist? It's only natural to want to reproduce with someone from your race.
