We are talking about Pro Cards here not amateur bodybuilding. The cycle you mentioned is easily recoverable but for the IFBB pro cycles they take a big toll on your body.

Hairline is fine (genetics — thank God!). Not ogre but more in that direction than I used to be (people I know are commenting on nose growth and facial water retention, though and my standards of ogre are probably a bit different considering most people I talk to are also bodybuilders or training and I also watch bodybuilding, etc and therefore my average impression is different). Regarding health, I have bloodwork coming up and might post it here. I had a little HRV, RHR crisis recently correlated with the HGH (I think I explained why either here or somewhere else what the potential cause is via systemic stress caused by shift to anabolism and recovery at cost of other processes or maybe it’s just pushing weight and load — or multiple reasons). Telmisartan and breathing emphasis seemed to help and it’s now stable.
