I got 2cm at pogonion it is a lot that's probably why I feel so shit bigger movements = worse post op

Do you mean before or after? These are before, don't have any afters yet, just the planning of how it should have gone. I also got genio with a larger osteotomy to widen the chin since he doesn't do the standard widening genio anymore. We'll see how it goes it's to early to tell. From the side I can already see the added projection cuz it's a lot, but I'm too swollen from the front to say anything yet

I also went with Ramieri cuz he always markets crazy fast recoveries with Mios, like very minimal swelling after a week already, but it looks like that might just be for smaller movements. Either that or I'm an outliar in a bad way, cuz I'm genuinely so swollen I may as well have gotten a whole skull transplant.

I had mios from ramieri as well and 20cm pog and my recovery was to brutal for that shit to have done any help for my recovery
