For you leanmaxxed chads. What is my ideal weight for my height and body fat %?

Im starting to leanmax again and need quick advise

What is my ideal weight?

6'0.5 and 240 pounds

30% body fat so my LBM is 165-168

In order for me to get to 15% i would have to get down to 190 assuming i dont lose muscle

But as we all know... no matter what during weight loss i will lose muscle

so how can i maintain muscle while reaching 190?

am i wrong in my calculations?

Please help me

just leanmax and dont take in mind all that shit. just try to never go down on protein and never go down on the weight you lift

Go on a lean bulk whilst going to the gym 3-5 times a week and maintaining a healthy diet with lean meats, eggs, fish, nuts, berries, etc.

12% is generally ideal for year around maintenance and aesthetics.

But it depends on fat distribution, genetics and facial bone structure
