I got my forces taken off 4 months ago and I my cheeks hollowed out so much. My ortho put me on rubber bands right after, but the bands aren’t doing anything so they said they are putting the forces back on. I’m gonna descend again. The first phot was from 4 months ago right before forces were tooken off and the second + third photos were from a month ago after forces were tooken off
