I fall asleep easily but lets say i got to bed at 10pm and i can wake up at 11am the latest but my bod forces me to get up around 8

(im always tired, still growing and im 14)

any tips will appreciated bhai

megadose melatonin, buy bulk powder on amazon and measure out 100mg with a drug scale

he's stupid, he doesn't know about sleep cycles and then wonders why he's tired after waking up from a 10 hour sleeping session :rolleyes:

Read about sleep and the mechanism of sleeping, the stages and then readjust the time you go to bed and when you wake up :feelsautistic:

9h or 10h30min optimal so u dont wake up tired cause sleep cycles r 90mins

5-10mg melatonin before bed, 100mg trazadone, 15mg of dayvigo split into two, 15 mg zopiclone, 1000mg valerian root + 400mg magnesium bisglycinate + 400mg l theanine 30m-1h before bed

Enjoy not waking up for an entire week! (dont actually fucking do this please this is not good)

yeah the jewish will benefit from YOU not getting optimal sleep and can't think radically because of that, I'm sure that's why sleep is not mentioned during school and lower education, jews jews jews :feelsautistic:

Dont do it lol its a joke, you already sleep enough. Your body gets tired from excessive sleep so 10+ hours likely. Id recommend sleeping 8 hours and if your still tired pop a 150mg armodafinil pill and your good to go

Nigga you are in the middle of your main growth spurt do whatever you want just at the bare minimum keep up what you were doing you are lucky to have joined so early
 
struggled with similar issue , first learn that waking up mid sleep cycle will ALWAYS leave you tired even if you get 8-10 hours. Try to fall asleep so that the time you wakeup does not interfere with a cycle. To help you fall asleep at said time, utilize a sleep stack with supplements etc
