well imagine this right, as guys get older the vast vast majority of guys experience a good degree of hairloss. And you only have a limited number of spare hairs to work with, so the more u use as the younger u are the less ull have the older u are right. Theres a degree to which u can minimize loss as u get older but yeah thats why its saying that

finasteride is a 5'ar inhibitor which like stops ur testosterone from converting to dihydrotestosterone which basically chokes hairs out on ur scalp and makes them smaller and smaller overtime till ur bald, and finasteride/dutasteride(the stronger version) basically halts that. It also kindof doesnt let ur dih grow when ur 15-16 and stops body/facial hair maturation so u wont grow a beard so take it if ur ever when ur atleast 18. Nah if u go to the right clinic it could look really good
