What can I do to get rid of forehead acne? There are no big spots, just small bumps. Don't say head and shoulders anti-dandruff shampoo because it doesn't work for me.

just try to find anything with zinc prythione or any anti-fungals.
try to find something with an actual active ingredient that has been shown in studies to help kill fungal acne.

• Creams, such as ketoconazole (Extina), clotrimazole (Mycelex, Lotrimin AF), or ciclopirox (Loprox, Penlac)
  
  
  
• Oral treatments: Tablets, such as fluconazole (Diflucan) or itraconazole (Sporanox)
  
  these work well but I dont reccomend orals because it can harm your gut microbiome.
