Here’s some examples of an ideal forehead shape:

As you can see they are not curved, they are projected, and like a quarter cylinder.

The brow ridge does project slightly.

Examples of a weak forehead:

It is shaped more feminine like, like a quarter sphere. It curves back and is very unaesthetic.

How to fix it? Custom forehead implant.


Make sure you get the forehead implant at the same time when you get your lefort 3 (what I will be doing) because it is the same incision and you don’t want to make it twice. Peek implants are also a gimmick and they don’t have any visual difference at the soft tissue level than silicon.
