Forehead reduction vs FUE transplant

Let's say you have a forehead like this. Mine looks pretty similar. Do you get a transplant to fix it, or a forehead reduction + transplant? I know there was a user here with a similar issue. and he got forehead reduction + transplant. I'm not really sure what's best here. Been doing some research and seems that mostly females get away with the forehead reduction and it's not recommended for men. However, it could provide much more lowering while using less grafts.

Any other big forehead cels?

Not just transplant. Will probably lack the density. I'd do forehead scalp reduction. And transplant over the scar if it's noticeable

I've seen some bad results for hairline lowering with fue, and hair transplants never get the same density as natural
