As in a forehead can't be concave, and it isn't really ever straight, still curves but just less. You can just use hair to cover the cranial vault. A low cranial vault is just somewhat neotenous, not really a big deal as it's not visible from the front. What really matters is the hairline.
Common feature in non whites anyways.
