the combo is cjc dac (a long-acting GHRH analog) + ipamorelin (a GHRP). CJC is for elevating the baseline while ipamorelin imitates a natural gh pulse. But mk677 is just so superior that taking these extremely expensive, hardly tested peptides is just retarded
