we've all done things we regret, including me

some of you have wasted precious years of life on nothing. you didn't do that one things you wanted. didn't talk to that girl. didn't do what you should have.
if i tried to count every mistake i've ever made it would take years to finish that list, and the same goes for everyone here.

some of them made me lose friends and love interests, some were smaller but still came to bite me later on, and all of them hurt

but that's not the end of the world, that's normal. nobody knows the outcome beforehand, and you did what you thought was best for you
it's easy to say what you should've done thinking about it now, but it wasn't when you had to make the choice

Frankyboy didn't know a single decision would ruin his entire life, and you didnt either

of course you fucked up. of course you were hurt. but you're here now, alive and somewhat well
you can't change what's already done, but you CAN forgive yourself for it.

don't punish yourself for being human.

yes, you didn't choose to be born this way, and you didnt deserve the pain you had to go through. therefore you don't deserve to carry it either

you're NOT your biggest mistake. you're not your regrets. you're not even your face

do what you can.

forgive your past self for what he did. love the good you have in you instead of hating the bad

you didnt know better, that's like bullying a kid for eating too much candy. i also didnt have a good sleep schedule or diet, but now i fixed the diet part and started working on my schedule, and i already see the benefits of it. something you can't change just isn't worth thinking about
