Dude your biggest flaw is by FAR you're nose, everything else is HMTN if not higher, I can't really say much on how to shrink you're nose because I never needed to personally, but accutane for SURE made my nose smaller. Research what others have said on nose shrinking/changing.

Yeah dude reducing inflammation can make a huge difference, my nose was always inflamed before I went on accutane, which then reduced it as it shrank my pores, and as a result it was like 20% smaller than what it had been before. Make sure to cut down on junk food and sugar, those can increase inflammation, also 3L of water a day and 8H of sleep minimum, but thats common knowledge. Also, Icing has been shown to help.

Fair enough, with good sleep and a clean diet, its unlikely you have bloating as a flaw. However, 6L of water is a LOT, like apart from u peeing a lot, excess water consumption can actually cause some bloating. I would cut it to 4L for a week and see if anything changes. tbf I haven't found any sort of link between nicotine and your face looking worse, only thing that could happen is inflamed gums. Fake tan can cause breakouts, and dry your skin, but your skin looks fine.
i think the nicotine just leads to dryer and worse skin, and the water is only becaude i taje creatine aswell but i will think about cutting it down, i have braces anyway so inflammation doesnt really effect me
