both increase insulin response very strongly also boosting nutrient partitioning while forskolin also increases cAMP giving height benefits so its very nice

yeah im just wondering if anyones actually taken either, heard forskolin has estrogenic effects. I think pioglitazone could be a better replacement for berberine?

pioglitazone is much stronger than berberine for insulin response, im doing forskolin with metformine instead of pioglitazone and im sure that the estrogenic effect doesnt do anything since it doesnt work for the ERa which closes the growth plate
